If you booked a Hui and it isn't where it should be at the time of your booking. please check the following: 


- Confirm the date, time and location of your reservation

- Confirm the license plate and/or color of your vehicle in the Hui app

- Ensure that your reservation has started

- Unlock the doors through the app to try to locate the car if it's been parked nearby
